WE SPURS CERTAINLY DESERVED A DRAW INFACT A WIN WAS A DISTINCT POSSIABLITY , I MAINTAIN UNTIL TOM HUDDLESTRONE REPLACED PARKER AND EKOTTO REPLACED NAUGHTON WE WERE MORE EFFECTIVE AND AVB COCKED UP LEAVING VERTONGSEN ON THE BENCH , WE DESPERATELY NEED A PROLIFIC GOAL SCORER GO THAT EXTRA MILE AND GET QUALITY LIKE FALCAO OR HIS LIKE WE HAVE ALL THE MIDFIELDERS WE CAN SHAKE A STICK AT ADEBYOR IS NOT PROLIFIC ENOUGH NOR IS DEMPSEY OR INDEED NOR IS DEFOE , WE MUST GO THAT EXTRA MILE OR TOP FOUR IS ONLY A DREAM .

Wow, had no idea the stats were so heavily weighted in Spurs' favour. Looks as though they deserved all 3 points rather than the one they got.

Stats do only tell half the story. Spurs were dominate no doubt about it but they never got in behind the defence and even then had very few clear cut chances, can recall only 1 from Dempsey. Pop, top four isn't a dream, I'd say lacking a world class striker is the only thing stopping you really challenging us and city. Your football is certainly good enough, you've got an abundance of width and a great supply through the middle, so much so that you're capable of keeping teams in their own half and a solid defence and keeper as well, especially when gallas isn't on the pitch. You really do just lack that striker with the class to care clear cut chances for himself, get on the end of the supply your midfield creates and score from range.
