A decent win but, through gritted teeth, it's Chelsea who take the honours this year.

Fantastic performance,I'm totally proud of our boys,I don't care whether anyone believed in us or not, with a bit of luck things could have been very different,an addition of two more players and [they don't have to be superstars] just good players and we will be right back fighting like the Utd way.

Anyone knows the latest about the Ireland situation,he could be the player we have been looking for a long, long time.
Antriksh (abmtd)
I'd really not want us to sign stephen ireland. When hes in form he is exactly the type of player we are looking for but he isnt consistent enough for me. Plus with the tattoos, the cars, the cage fighting and the general insanity I just cant see him fitting in.

I hope we get Joe Cole, may be a good stand in for another 2-3 seasons, give us time to bed in our youngsters (and goes with our new cheapo transfer policy). Ireland is a iffy investment, has the skill, not so sure i want him here though.

Elvido-I agree with you that J.Cole could be the player if we look at our new cheapo transfer policy,I won't be surprised and I'm not looking at any superstar signings.Just 2 players, thats it.
Antriksh (abmtd)
Considering that we were a point off, lost our best player and had injuries for long periods, we have done very well and the squad mentality seems to work in our system. One or two quality additions (not necessarily expensive or young) will be more than enough for the future!
