Saha To Return Next Week

Louis Saha will be back in contention for the Arsenal game next Saturday.

Sunday's derby will probably come too soon for the cursed Frenchman but the prospect of his return, along with Gary Neville's, left Fergie rejoicing. The boss said he would soon have his strongest squad of the season available as Paul Scholes and Ji-sung Park are also back.

However, considering Saha's injury record, many United fans will say that saying he will return next week is planning too far ahead as he can easily trip over a blade of grass and get a grievous injury again. And these doubts feed the latest rumours.

These, unsurprisingly, say that United prepare to offload Saha. Now, of course, I do not say it is not possible. But come on, give it a rest. It is four months until any transfer could materialise so there's no need to talk about selling Saha. You still can't rule out, however unlikely it seems, that he will reproduce the sort of form that earned him a starting place ahead of Ruud van Nistelrooy in 2006.

He is still among Europe's finest when manages to play through a month without getting injures. But it is more and more in the realm of fantasy. Should we decide NOW to sell him? No. That would not make sense.

that's gratitude for you - will you play a proper eleven v Arsenal or have you bigger fish to fry?

Why bother at all, a poor striker imo

i think saha will play against arsenal, not necessarily as a starter but i would not rule that out either
Vidicinho
i hate him for that dive he pulled against us. damn you saha.

he has the potential to do so well which he has already proved in previous seasons. but i dont think united will put up with him like we did with solkjaer. i reckon he will be gone in the summer unless he starts performing
