United v Everton - Team News!

United entertain Everton at lunchtime on Sunday and it looks as though all our key players will be available for the game. After learning our Champions League fate, the attention is now turned back on the domestic front where there's much work to do over Christmas.

Fortunately, the days of hellish injury problems seem to be gone for good. Carlos Tevez, Rio Ferdinand and Wes Brown all picked up slight knocks in training but they are set to shrug them off and start against the in-form Toffees.

What does in-form mean? Well, they have won ten and drawn two out of their last twelve games, thus being the best English team over that period. Despite fielding a somewhat reshuffled team, they still ended AZ Alkmaar's unbeaten European home record in midweek though they had nothing to play for as first place in the group had been secured long before.

However, with United's stars rested after the good job at Anfield, they should beat Everton - unless the trouble around the Christmas party distracts them from the game itself. But as Jonny Evans has already been released, I don't see it as a serious problem. I say we'll end Everton's great run with a 3-1 victory.
