Wigan Stop Holiday In Dubai

Manchester United will not be heading to the Gulf for a nice little money-making friendly because they have a date with Wigan Athletic.

The Red Devils were asked to play in Qatar or Dubai when they were knocked out of the UEFA Champions League, but the club sees the Carling Cup final as big business these days.

Instead its Wigan Athletic at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium on February 26 and the medal Wayne Rooney wants before he heads off to the World Cup.
