Fergie hails Giggs (AUDIO)

Despite a vital victory for Manchester United in their title bid, all eyes turned to the ever impressive Ryan Giggs. The 34 year-old notched up his 100th league goal for the club, his 146th in all competitions, as the Red Devils eventually found enough to break past the Derby defence.

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson, speaking after the game, paid tribute to his Welsh wizard, who made his debut 15 years ago for the club, said he was surprised more wasn't made of the winger's goal as he became just the 11th player in the club's illustrious history to hit a century of league goals.
