Oh my god. I was reading Sky's preview for tomorrow's league game - more out of habit than of interest - and I did not expect any shocks: injuries I haven't heard of, for example.
But I was in for a little surprise: their prediction for the game is 0-3. I checked immediately whether the venue has been changed in the last minute but apparently no.
Now I wonder why they tip Derby to record such a famous victory at Old Trafford. I mean, last time they were thrashed 5-0 here and their away form this season is not particularly awesome: actually, they haven't scored a single goal on their travels yet. Lost their last give games, shipped in 20 goals during their away games so far.
Do they know something we don't? Sir Alex plans to play the Academy side? But in their very own preview there is written that Owen Hargreaves is expected to continue in central midfield while Ronaldo is looking to maintain his fine goalscoring form.
So, what's the secret? Will Derby field robots disguised as their players? Or is it likely that Sky pundits actually think they will finally discover their golden form and with their new-found fantastic skill they will thump the champions?
I'd like to apologise to Derby fans for my disbelief and for my stupid theories... but really, 0-3???
(of course I realise that it's probably a mistake only but hey, it's worth a laugh)
