Brucey To Serve Some Wine!
Birmingham City manager Steve Bruce promised he would offer a glass of good wine to Sir Alex Ferguson tomorrow as their sides clash in the Premiership.
Brucie is a United legend of course and his return to Old Trafford is always met with thunderous applause. He will play the role of the host now though and will be a generous one - but not on the pitch of course!
"Everybody asks me a question about it. It`ll be good to see him," said Bruce. "I`ll make sure I`ve got a nice glass of red, which he normally requires, and I look forward to seeing him!"
The former United defender went on to add how much he appreciates the quality of United's players, especially those responsible for the attack.
"Of course they`ve got people back haven`t they?"
"Rooney, Ronaldo - make no mistake, they`ll be a force. And they`re winning games at the moment which are vitally important after, in their way, not a great start.
"When you look at their front six, whoever they play, they`ll cause any team a problem."
