Carrick Was The Best!

Michael Carrick loves to play against Chelsea at Old Trafford: it's his second successive man of the match award after that fixture.

The former Spurs man collected 40% of the votes and won the poll with a clear margin. Unsurprisingly, goalscoring hero Carlos Tevez came second with 20% and the quite Ronaldo earned 12% even after such a subdued performance.

It's been mildly suprising for me that Van der Sar got 10%, after all, I can't recall him having to make a meaningful save...

The exact results are as follow:

Van Der Sar 10%
Brown 8%
Ferdinand 1%
Vidic 1%
Evra 4%
Ronaldo 12%
Carrick 40%
Scholes 0%
Giggs 3%
Tevez 20%
Rooney 1%
Saha (sub) 0%

Our next poll is about the imminent Carling Cup tie against Coventry City, check it out!
