Owen Excited By Returning Players

Owen Hargreaves believes United will be better for the return of Ronaldo, Giggs and Rooney.

You hardly need to be an expert to figure it out, eh? But of course he's right: we can expect to be much better when finally, Saha, Giggs, Rooney and Ronaldo play together again.

'Any time you don't have players like Louis, Wayne and Cristiano it is difficult. They are three of the best players in England.

'It will be great to have them all back. Ryan was missing as well against Sunderland. Some of our best players were missing. Once we get them all back I am very excited.

Midfield was an Achilles heel for United in recent years, with the waning of Roy Keane's powers but with the great contribution of Hargreaves and Scholes, it no longer looks a problem. However, the other new boys did not enjoy such good start as the former Bayern man but we should be patient, according to him.

'It is just little things. It takes time for players to get to know each other and how they are going to react in certain situations,' he explained.

'There are times when you realise you haven't played with these people before. It takes games to get used to it. It will come with time.

'When you look at the break we have now, it is a great opportunity to go into it with a positive experience. We have put ourselves in a good position for when we come back. We have Everton away next and hopefully we can go there and get three points.'

Just long as the Liverpool challenge dies off soon. Looking forward to a good day out at Old Trafford on the 23rd.
