Is Fergie Serious About Heinze?

Is Fergie Serious About Heinze?

The gaffer said that Gabriel Heinze would have a place in the United team. The fate of the want-away Argy is set to be decided on August 20, according to SAF.

Heinze wants to move to Liverpool, thus become a hate figure at Old Trafford and appears determined to push through the transfer at all costs. Unfortunately, Fergie is equally determined about preventing that move.

'Nothing has moved as far as Gaby is concerned,' he said. 'We have a meeting on August 20 which will settle the issue once and for all.

'We think our case is strong and we are depending on that.

'And, if it goes our way, Gaby definitely has a future here. He still has another two years left on his contract.'

Does he indeed have a future? He's lost his number four shirt to new signing Owen Hargreaves - though No. 14 is not a public humiliation, in the way No. 35 would have been. Most fans have had enough of him as a result of his wish to move to Liverpool.

I would add that Patrice Evra is in great form though we need cover of course. But will it be Heinze? He's become a highly unpopular figure now and I don't think that Gary Neville, for one, will be very pleased about his teammate's desire to move to Liverpool. And you can see why: a man who was greeted by United fans with chants 'Argentina, Argentina' should not go to Liverpool. And if he wants to, he should be sold - somewhere else.

No, fergie he is not serious, he is just joking. Set Gabby free. Enough of this. Anyway, in 10 days Gabby will be at Anfield. No way of stopping him. LOL, is going to be so cool seeing him playing for Liverpool.
