Gill Confident On Argentines

David Gill has once again issued a "hands-off" warning to Liverpool categorically stating that he will NOT join Liverpool, whilst also confirming he remains confident that Carlos Tevez will be a Man Utd player next season.

Speaking to Sky Sports News, Gill was in an Adamant mood that Gabriel Heinze will not leave for Liverpool, stating that whilst no offers from any other clubs are received, he will stay a Manchester United player.

'Our position is very clear on Gabriel Heinze and it has not changed, we have not received any bids in writing from anyone other than Liverpool. Gaby is due back next week. He is a contracted player for two years and unless we receive an offer which is acceptable to us as a club, he will remain with us."

He finished of by saying,

'We are very comfortable with that.'

Regarding the ongoing saga of Carlos Tevez Gill remained confident stating that though Man Utd have stayed clear of the war of words between West Ham and MSI, he is confident that the High Court will decide swiftly in order for Tevez to join up with United as soon as possible.

'I have not been involved in this and it is not Manchester United's decision. Clearly, it is a dispute between Tevez, the owners and West Ham. Hopefully, that can be solved relatively quickly and he can come to join us. I would have thought they have taken this decision in the belief that he can join us.'

So, Gill remains confident, but do you?
