'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Becks on Galaxy move (AUDIO)

David Beckham completed possibly the world's most famous and hyped transfer in history, as he joined Major League Soccer team Los Angeles Galaxy, believing he can make the sport as popular across the Atlantic as it is in the rest of the world.

'Goldenballs' arrival was greeted by over 600 waiting journalists, and a packed stadium of fans, saying he was delighted to arrive with his family, who should take to Hollywood life quite comfortably.

Becks joins on a five year deal, worth $250m. Despite fighting his way back into the Real Madrid team and consequently forcing Steve McClaren to welcome him back to the national fold, he still believes he's made the right move.

Huge mistake, career suicide! no way can he make the england side on a regular basis now, should have moved back home to a different english club, newcastle, blackburn, liverpool or dare i say it man city would all have been goo moves for him.

He still has a quality right foot alright but ***** me has all this hype gone ridiculous, as for career suicide if he's good enough for England well then hes good enough its up to McClaren. Being so faraway shouldnt be a problem if robinho or kaka can fly back to brazil for games becks can fly to england no problem.
Kanchelskis
