Scholes Will Be Going To Sunderland
The astonishing rumours of Scholes moving to Sunderland, to my utter amazement, did not cease. Roy Keane has now put an end to them, hopefully.
The United midfielder has reportedly been spotted at the Stadium of Light, fuelling speculation of a reunion with his former teammate Keano. The Black Cats manager, however, ruled out the possibility of it.
'There's no chance of that happening, never was,' he told Sunderland Echo.
'He will be coming to Sunderland this season, I have no doubt about that. But he'll be wearing the red shirt of Manchester United.'
End of story, guys. Richardson to Sunderland? Well, that's a credible story though Keane was believed to hold Richardson in not exactly the highest esteem. We'll see.
