King Ole Declares Himself Fit

United veteran, Ole Gunnar Solskjear has confirmed that he is fit and raring to start the new campaign.

It had been feared that the 35 year old may have had to cut his United career short, after a nagging knee problem failed to heal. However, the Norwegian international has confirmed that following knee surgery he undertook during the summer, that he will be fir for the season opener against Reading.

Speaking to P4, Solskjear said,

'I'll be starting from scratch, but I will be fit for the league opener. I won't be able to play two matches a week all season, but if I regain top shape I hope to add upon what I achieved last season. The knee will never be 100 per cent again, but as long as it doesn't hurt I'll continue to play."

The United legend then went on to suggest that he could have a further two season at Old Trafford.

'I don't know how long I can continue. It might be over after this season or I might be able to play another season.'

I`m sure all of us here at Vital Man Utd would wish to see King Ole here for another two seasons, as despite his age, he still remains one of the most accurate finishers at a club boasting the attacking qualities of players such as Rooney, Ronaldo, Giggs, Scholes, Saha and Tevez (hopefully!!!!)
