Carlos Queiroz welcomes the arrival of highly promising Anderson and Nani and is eager to nurture their talents.
The Reds have pulled off a sensational coup by signing the two starlets and their arrival is credited mostly to Carlos Queiroz's Portuguese contact. The assistant manager is not exactly a fans' favourite but if these moves work out well he might find his way into the supporters' hearts.
'It is a significant investment in Manchester United's prospects for the next 10 years,' Queiroz told TVI.
'It's worth imagining a forward line with Rooney, Ronaldo, Anderson and Nani, these are players with enormous creativity.
'It's an attraction being able to develop their abilities. I have worked with young players many times and their potential is impressive.
'These signings mean the end of a long observation process. They are players who correspond to the club's intentions. They are young and have plenty of potential and talent.'
I certainly hope it's been a long observation process and not just some sudden idea to sign these players. Anyway, anyone with the slightest common sense must realise their potential so I agree with him in that case.
This season's team's been all about pace. Add Nani and Anderson into the contention - it's frightening.
So follow their example and join United - I mean, join Vital United!
