United Ready to make Big Bid for Juventus Star

United Ready to make Big Bid for Juventus Star

Although Luke Shaw has all but forced his way back into the first-team picture, it seems that bringing in another left-back remains amongst Jose Mourinho`s highest priorities.

Lurking in the media this morning, is another piece of speculation relating to a player that is plying his trade in Serie A but could be available for a transfer.

The popular red-top publication, the Daily Mirror, is suggesting that Manchester United are ready to test Juventus` resolve by making a bid for their attacking full-back, Alex Sandro.

The 26-year-old has long been a target for our Premier League rivals Chelsea, however, the West London club had several bids turned down for the Brazilian in the summer.

However, a loss of form has seen the Turin clubs` resolve to keep the player loosened and the general feeling, amongst the media, is that a bid in the region of £60 million could be enough to seal a deal.

But what is your verdict on the subject matter, would bringing Alex Sandro to Old Trafford help close the gap between ourselves and Manchester City?
