Mourinho Unconcerned About Who United Might Draw

Having qualified for the knockout stages of the Champions League for the first time since 2014, it remains to be seen who Manchester United are drawn against.

The draw, which takes place in Nyon, Switzerland, on Monday, will have an unprecedented five Premier League clubs in the last sixteen a sure sign that English football is on the up.

However, having so many English teams in the draw narrows the field as to who Manchester United can draw, with it being prohibited to be drawn against a side from your own country at this stage of the competition.

Talking about the draw, following the victory over CSKA Moscow, Jose Mourinho had a few words to say, remarking about what lies ahead for his side in the competition,

'I think it does not matter which team we get in the draw.

'I am not the luckiest guy with draws so it is better I shut up and forget it because we only play in February. Until then I have to concentrate on the English competitions.

'I think that teams will not be jumping with happiness to play against us. I don't think so.

'I am really happy because we don't want to qualify with a defeat and we don't want to qualify with a bad performance so the objective was to qualify playing well.'

Which is exactly what Manchester United did, but has anyone any preference as to who we play in the next round?
