Edwin Wants To Travel To France

Edwin van der Sar earmarked the Lille game as the day of his return to the team after he broke his nose in a clash with Robbie Keane.

The Dutch keeper will be replaced by Tomasz Kuszczak for the games against Charlton and Reading and as far as the odds are concerned, neither game should be decided on the quality of our goalkeeper so no reason to worry.

Lille is another thing, and I very much hope we can count on the presence and experience of Edwin in tie that's a potential banana skin for the Red Devils.

Edwin confirmed on his personal website that the damage done to his nose is not serious and he'll be back in physical training at the end of the week.
