United Want £20 million for Shaw

United Want £20 million for Shaw

Here at Vital Manchester United we`re expecting that this January, once the transfer window opens, Luke Shaw will leave Old Trafford.

The 22-year-old, a record signing for a defender when he joined Manchester United from Southampton, hasn`t managed to get into Jose Mourinho`s starting eleven on a regular basis since making his way back from injury.

In fact the left-back has only been granted a few minutes action with the inference being that his relationship with Jose Mourinho has completely broken down.

Although Shaw`s contract was coming to an end, Manchester United have, according to the Daily Mail triggered a years` option thereby enabling them to recoup a bigger percentage of the £28 million they paid Southampton for his services back in 2014.

With that being the case, our referenced source is claiming that Manchester United want a fee of £20 million for the defender who was once a regular in the England side, displacing Ashley Cole.

Speculation had linked Shaw with a loan move, in January, to Fenerbahce but it is understood that it not a move that Shaw wishes to pursue.

We`ll keep our ears open for any piece of transfer tittle-tattle relating to the player.
