'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Evra The Destroyer

Our skillful French left-back has had enough of the speculation surrounding the future of Cristiano Ronaldo and issues a warning to any potential buyers.

Evra promptly stated that any agents who might think of coming to Old Trafford to talk about Ronaldo should be heavily armed.

'Any agent asking for a transfer request for Cristiano Ronaldo would have to come with a bazooka,' Agence France-Presse has reported Evra saying.

'Sir Alex Ferguson would know exactly how to welcome him. Protective equipment would be needed before going into the manager's office.'

I believe Evra would support his managers' predictable actions... surely a loyal and brave man?

But at least his comments are hilarious, good to see something off the mainstream, 'Ronaldo-is-best-in-the-world-we-have-a-good-chance' type comments.
