Two United Youngsters Depart on Season-Long Loans
News has broken this morning that two Manchester United youngsters have been allowed to go off on season long loans.
The first is Cameron Borthwick-Jackson who will be playing on the Championship this coming season.
Borthwick-Jackson, just 20-years-of-age, has crossed the Pennines to join Leeds United, as the Yorkshire side look to re-create their past glories.
The second to go out on loan is Timothy Fosu-Mensah.
Fosu-Mensah, will remain in the Premier League but will be plying his trade down in London with Crystal Palace.
Of the two youngsters, it is the loaning of Fosu-Mensah that we find the more surprising. The youngster was in the Manchester United tour party, in the United States, he also signed a new contract last October that runs until 2020.
Hopefully, it`s just a case of ensuring the lad gets some regular first-team football this coming season.
Here at Vital Manchester United we`d like to wish both lads every success during their loan spells.
