The penultimate game of the 2016 / 2017 season saw Manchester United draw yet another Premier League game.

Following the latest draw, we took the opportunity to delve into the record and form books to come up with some post-match fascinating facts:

• The draw away to Southampton was draw number 15 of the Premier League season for Manchester United, that figure is the most ever in a Premier League campaign for Manchester United, it`s also the most in a top-flight campaign since Manchester United also drew 15 back in the 1991 / 1992 season.

• When Sergio Romero dived to keep out the penalty from Manolo Gabbiadini, he became the 8th different Manchester United keeper to save a penalty in the Premier League.

• If Manchester United manage to get a win against Crystal Palace, in their final Premier League game of the season, it will be win number 17 of the season, their lowest since the inception of the Premier League.

• Southampton had 6 shots on target, only Tottenham (last Sunday) have managed more in a Premier League game against Manchester United this season, with 7.

• The 0-0 draw meant that Southampton had gone 4 top-flight games at home without scoring a goal for the first time in their history.
