Ruud Would Welcome Ronaldo

Ruud Would Welcome Ronaldo

Ex-Red striker Ruud van Nistelrooy should consider a career in diplomacy after retiring from professional football. The Dutchman said he would welcome Cristiano Ronaldo if Real managed to snatch him from the Red Devils.

First and foremost: Real won't buy Ronaldo, they'll sell Ronaldo so don't worry. But Ruud's comments are worth to publish, for he played down talk of a feud between himself and the Portuguese.

'It was nothing serious. The press talk a lot about the subject, but they were lies.'

The transfer is between Real Madrid and Manchester. If players come they are always welcomed.

'He is a fantastic player. This season is the best he has had since he has been at Manchester, scoring many goals and playing very well.

'He is young and he has much experience from the World Cup and European Championships.'

So, he would be happy to see Ronaldo at Real? What do you think?
