Fergie 'We Will Fight'

Fergie 'We Will Fight'

Sir Alex Ferguson has vowed Manchester United will not lie down and die and gift Chelsea Premiership title race.

Ferguson: 'We are dependent on Chelsea dropping points, so to a certain extent it is out of our hands. But we must strive to make sure we are ready and waiting for any slip.

'We need to go on a charge but with the kind of attitude we have shown, we won't go far wrong and I am confident we will make a fight of it in the Premiership.

'We have plenty of ability in this squad, I have no doubt about that. We have proved it many times and if there are doubts, they have certainly not come from me. At the moment, we are not getting any peace but the important thing is to trust ourselves and get on with it.'
