Another highly talented Scottish youngster could join Manchester United, if reports are to be believed.
Jamie McCarthy was born in Scotland though he has opted to play for Ireland as that was his grandfather's dying wish. He's now a regular at Hamilton Academical at the grand old age of 16. He's an attacking midfielder, one of Scottish football's most exciting prospects.
The rumours say Rangers, Celtic, Bolton and Aston Villa are all interested in him so United should act quickly if they want his sginature.

He's one for the future, but I don't think he's even quite ready for the Accies first team quite yet - even though they are playing him. At the weekend, he apparently looked good on the ball, but needs a bit more bulk. However, he did get a hat-trick in an under-19s game the next day...
