Full-Strength Squad For Glasgow

Full-Strength Squad For Glasgow

Injuries still avoid United this term. Hopefully they'll continue to do so as currently only Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Park Ji-sung are out, an otherwise full-strenghth squad is available for Fergie to select for the Celtic game.

'We want to come back from Glasgow having made sure we have already qualified,' said Ferguson. 'Celtic's support is a definite help. It certainly won't be an easy game for us and we need players who have the courage to handle the atmosphere.

'I will be making a couple of changes because of the Chelsea game on Sunday. But it will only be two or three because we want to make sure we get through.'

I'm pretty sure Gaby Heinze and Darren Fletcher would play and it's not unthinkable that Smith would get the nod ahead of injury-prone Saha - though I'd be surprised to be honest.

We surely need to protect Scholes, Giggs and Gary as our three veterans are essential for our campaign and the former two is expected to inflict a lot of damage on Chelsea on Sunday. But we have business to do before that.
