No Trial For Adu
DC United's teenage sensation Freddy Adu has been linked with United again, but this time there are no speculations about a big-money move - now the papers suggested he was going to have a trial with the Reds.
However, the club ruled it out, just like last season when they stated that the young Ghana-born forward is not the player United are looking for.
I must say I'd be very sad if he joined Chelsea as it's been reported before. Of course, there's the possibility that all they hype surrounding him is misleading and he'll never become a really world-class player but the fact is he had made his debut in the MLS before his 15th birthday - and he's younger than Theo Walcott!
