Vidal Deal very close for United!

Are we about to witness the unveiling of a mega-signing at Old Trafford?

One well respected newspaper, the Independent, is running with the story, this morning, inferring that Manchester United are as close as they`ve ever been to unveiling the signing of the Chilean midfielder, Arturo Vidal.

After a chase to land the Juventus midfielder that has seen many twists and turns relating to the size of the fee, his availability and the knee injury he`s recovering from, the Independent is convinced that a deal has been done for the 27 year-old and that a salary of £182,000 a week has been agreed with the hugely influential player.

We wait with baited breath!

If we're signing him can we just get on with it! ********* to his wonky knee Nistelrooy's was stuffed and it worked out. As long as he doesn't go the same way as Hargreaves we'll be fine. If he is nackered we've got a new victim to experiment on give him the glass knee injection then force him to work out on YouTube plus he can go to city and slag us off in the papers. I personally can't see where this plan could possibly fail.

Well not too sure how true this is but one thing we can be glad about is that we've apparently 'missed out' on Vermaelen :)
