'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Select Two from Five?

Yesterday there were mutterings from within Old Trafford that inferred David Moyes wanted to make some January transfer signings but there might be problems.

Talking to the media, Moyes had decreed,

'A lack of new faces would not be because we don't want to do it.'

'We would like to bring people in but are those players available?'

An interesting philosophy suggesting that players Moyes has identified might not, for this transfer window, be available.

Today the speculation, from within Old Trafford, is that David Moyes will be given a free reign when it comes to bringing players in and the media are implying that Moyes has given those who chase transfer targets a list of those he`s interested in, a list that supposedly includes:-

Koke (Atletico Madrid)
Reus (Borussia Dortmund)
Ikay Gundogan (Borussia Dortmund)
Eliaquim Mangala (FC Porto)
Luke Shaw (Southampton)

It`s noticeable that all are what we`d deem in the young bracket, Shaw at eighteen being the youngest and Reus at twenty-four being the oldest.

I severely doubt that we`ll secure all five, due to the expenditure required to do so, but out of the five listed which two (if we can secure two) would you prefer to see in our colours?

Now thats more like it. Koke and Gundogan for me anyways. Cant see why we couldn't get all five between now and the Summer window. I mean after getting them and at the age they are at, we possibly wouldn't need to spend again for a good while. Selling off the deadwood would bring in a fair amount plus free up the wages needed.

Yep out of that list it's Koke and Gundogan for me too. We desperately need reinforcements who ever we sign though we're becoming a laughing stock.
MotorMad
Going to buck the trend and say Gundogan and Reus instead. I agree that there shouldn't be any reason why we shouldn't try to clean sweep them Kanchelskis though I highly doubt we'd get any of them during this January window as they're all key components to their respective clubs to be allowed to leave mid season.

I would love to see Koke and luke Shaw
