'If It's Football, It's Vital'

United - Don`t Write Us Off

With the team coach having arrived late, the last thing David Moyes would have wanted was to fall behind to not one early goal but two.

It really was a nightmare start but, thankfully, the side managed to turn things around in spectacular fashion with an own goal from James Chester, a former United trainee, earning us all three points.

Following the 3-2 win, it was a relieved David Moyes who faced the press with the boss remarking,

'To be two down and come back to win is a great result. I thought it would be a long road back but these players have done this in the past and we did well to get back in the game."

'For us to get in at half-time 2-2 was great but when we were 3-2 Hull gave us a few scary moments. However, I'd take that after being 2-0 down after 10 minutes."

'We're going to try to get the gap as narrow as we can. There's a long way to go in the league and we have to keep picking up points. There's a lot to do but we'll keep at it I believe we can be in the mix and challenge whoever is near the top.'

What is it they say - never write Manchester United off!

Blah blah blah Mr Moyes, stop talking and sign a midfielder or that gap will just expand when we face City or Liverpool and so on. Well done Moyes. You, whilst in charge of the defending Champions managed to win against West Ham and Hull, its ok now people the disaster has been averted till next week.
