'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Majority Want Torres

In our last poll we asked if you think United should buy a striker next summer. With the server's downtime coming in, it's been more than a week now that the voting has started so maybe it's time to end it.

The vast majority of the voters say United should buy Atletico Madrid's Fernando Torres next summer, 58% voted for this.

19% said Rossi is ready to make his mark
10% think the current quartet should continue next season, too.
8% said Sporting's Nani is the good choice.
3% would suggest to buy a new striker but not Torres or Nani.
2% of the voters are unsure about it.

Our latest poll asks what should the central midfield pairing be against Liverpool?

you can have zidane and ronaldinho if you want, youre still not gonna win.
Aamir
Who needs them? Against a side that scored one goal in 4 away games? Rooney, Saha and Ronaldo should be perfectly enough.
midlothian99
boohoonaldo will be played out of the game by riise. rooney cant score to save his life. saha is your only threat but carra and sami will stop him.
Aamir
Well, the whole Liverpool team can't score so we have to hit the back of the net only once to win :-) Carragher and Hyypia are desperately out of form, their performance against Blackburn was embarassing so I would not count on them...
midlothian99
we have created schance, all we have to do is bag them.
Aamir
You'll have fewer chances than against Blackburn at Anfield, I can guarantee that.
midlothian99
i think he will be a good buy
marshinrover
lets just wait until the match.
Aamir
That's the best we can do, Aamir! :-)
midlothian99
aamir saha ronaldo and rooney will destroy ur slow back four and risse wont be able top handle ronaldo. and 1 thing i wanna mention is why didnt ronaldo get the player of the month instead of andrew johnson as he was much better maybe the fa have tryed to get a bit of revenge for the winking
rooneyisgod
I very much doubt that Ronaldo considered it a serious revenge action by FA :-)
