Snapping Up Youth

The recent success Nigeria had at the U17 World Cup, whereby the African nation won the trophy, has opened up the probability of several of their young stars heading off to Europe for very lucrative contracts.

One such player is their skipper, Musa Mohammed who has attracted interest from a whole raft of top clubs including, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Barcelona.

It promises to be quite a chase to secure his services but, here at Vital Manchester United, we`re led to believe that United are, currently, the front runners.

Nothing wrong with future-proofing the team but you can't expect too much from these youngsters no matter how much potential they show when they're young.

Here we go again. We're getting the next Zidane/Messi/Ronaldo/Cannavaro oh no wait its Bebe 2.0. If the prem was won by ignoring the blatantly obvious issues in your first team and instead signing every kid who kicks a ball we'd be title certainties every year.
