Huge Bale Bid To Come?

It`s a story that has been bubbling along all summer, namely the possibility of a mega-signing by Manchester United.

Rumours, emanating from within Old Trafford, have suggested that money is no object with regards to David Moyes recruiting for the coming season.

Much of the speculation has surrounded two players, the first being Cristiano Ronaldo and the second being Gareth Bale.

With regards to the former, it`s now deemed highly unlikely that Ronaldo will be leaving Real Madrid this summer.

This morning the focus has switched firmly back on Gareth Bale with the Daily Mirror championing an exclusive whereby they`re predicting that United are set to try and tempt Spurs into selling their prize asset for a United club record fee of £60 million.

Now whether Spurs have any intention of selling the Welsh star now will once again come to the forefront of any possible progress on a deal.

Personally, although the club may harbour ambitions of Gareth Bale becoming the first major signing of the Moyes era, I can`t really see it happening, can you?

last week turned down 100 mil from real madrid why would they take 60 mill from a club levy has said he would never do buisness with after berbatve deal

Don't sell to united at all, not after the Way they behaved with berbatoss, all downhill for united now, nobody wants to go to united now ferguson has gone, they have had their time, a slow sinking down the league, that is what I think (hope) will happen. Maybe learn a bit of humility as they go ??

Bit of ITK for you; Speaking to one of your season ticket holders who live's in Gillingham in the south of england and as we know, most of them do, owner of the Beijing Inn Tony, said his brother who works in china town london, another big city for Man U fans, told him Ed Woodward returning was to deal solely with Wayne's move to chelsea and nothing else, so all this Bale to your club, is just wishful thinking by Mr Moyes and made up by Mickey Mouse web sites.
