Deal Moves Closer

It`s a deal we`ve touched on previously but now a deal that appears to be moving a step closer.

Various news sources are inferring that Manchester United have an agreement in place to secure the services of the Argentine centre back, playing for Benfica - Ezequiel Garay

It is expected that the twenty-six year old will arrive at Old Trafford in a deal said to be worth 17 million.

Which, to me; would infer that he`s destined, providing he shows the correct form, to be a first choice centre back.

Which offers the question - Who out of Rio Ferdinand, Jonny Evans and Nemanja Vidic (or perhaps even Phil Jones or Chris Smalling) will be his defensive partner net season?

17 mil?! We don't need another more experienced defender let alone one at 17 mil
