Cleverley Swamped

If there is anyone out there who is still puzzled as to why Premier League clubs, especially the bigger ones, venture to the Far East on promotional tours, then read on………

Over in Bangkok, it`s being reported in the tabloid press that as many as 10,000 people flocked to the Nike store to see our very own Tom Cleverley.

I`d imagine it was an overwhelming experience for Tom but it just goes to show how popular the Premier League is in that part of the world and how important it is for clubs to trap into the revenue streams their popularity perpetuates.

Like we`ve always said, the Bundesliga, Serie A and La Liga might have their own attractions but the Premier League remains a level above!
