Rio`s Jaunt
I sometimes wonder if we leave ourselves wide open to criticism!
Fresh from the revelation that Rio Ferdinand had to withdraw from the England squad because his medical / fitness regime couldn`t cope with two games in such a short space of time, we read, courtesy of the Daily Mail, that Rio is off on a jaunt.
Apparently, Rio is flying off to Qatar to work on a television broadcast of England`s visit to San Marino, in a World Cup qualifier, this Friday.
Hardly a smart move we`d suggest, better to have kept your head down Rio we think!

You have to wonder what runs though the mind of modern footballers? Tumble weeds on the breeze is my theory. It seem like a deliberate two fingers to the England set up to be honest. Then again it is the Daily Mail so the entire story could be from the imagination of a bored journalist.

Apologies to the daily mail after further research the story is true. Honestly he's beyond belief somedays! Have said earlier this month he seems determined to push his luck at the moment.

Personally can't see the big deal, fellas grown a real siege mentality this season and is basically sticking it to everyone. Don't blame him for sticking the finger up at Woy considering how he was treated.
