Anderson Quit Stories?

Lurking amongst the sports pages in the red-tops this morning is an insinuation that Anderson has tried, several times, to leave Old Trafford.

The insinuations, from the player himself, would seem to suggest that all is not well at Old Trafford for the 24 year-old player who is attributed as having remarked,

"What can I say?"

"I have three more years of contract, I have tried to leave many times and never succeeded to do so."

Could this public admission herald a summer departure for the player who cost £17 million when signed from FC Porto in July 2007?

He did quickly rubbish this tabloid bull on his twitter and apparently his quotes were misinterpreted and then taken completely out of context, he doesn't want to leave. Thing is, like Nani, he completely splits my opinion and I can't decide whether he should stay or go as one minute he's a passenger and the next he plays a defence splitting 30 yard ground through ball to set someone up. Hate to be in Fergies shoes when it comes to these decisions, you know how good they can be, you know how good they can become but can you afford to wait? Anderson offers some speed and directness in central midfield which we lack otherwise. I dunno, all i know is the fella like Nani is an enigma.
