The Path is Still Clear

Rumours doing the rounds that one of our possible summer transfer targets might be going elsewhere could be unfounded.

Reputedly, we`re in the race to sign the Polish striker, Robert Lewandowski, with the 24 year-old set to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer.

Apparently, the reported interest from Bayern Munich is being denied by their president Uli Hoeness who is insisting a deal has not been done.

A classy striker but we have a plethora already. As I've said before I can only ever see him signing for us if Fergie decided to drop Rooney deeper into midfield and felt we needed another 4th striker to fill his void up front. Will be interesting to see where he ends up, hopefully it is in the premier league.
