Old Friends Meet Up For a Chat!

As the build-up to our titanic clash with Real Madrid gathers momentum, Jose Mourinho was conspicuous by his presence at Old Trafford yesterday afternoon.

Clearly, Jose was on a last scouting mission to see the opposition before two great managers lock horns on Wednesday night.

However, there is a unique friendship between the two and it comes as no surprise that they met up for a chat after we`d secured the victory over Everton, with Sir Alex confirming,

"I had a chat with Jose. He was on great form and he had a great result on Saturday again."

"It will be a fantastic game on Wednesday and I just hope we have the team I want out there. It`ll be terrific and we are both looking forward to it."

"It`s a great challenge, the two biggest clubs in the world. It`s a great game for us."

"We go over there still involved on three fronts. I keep saying this club should have won more European Cups. On a few occasions we`ve been unlucky."

"It`s an opportunity to get to Wembley again for the final and do better."

It certainly is but it will be tough against Real Madrid and we cannot afford any lapses in concentration when it comes to defending or taking any chances that come our way.
