Is It Really Now Ours to Lose?

As we prepare to face Everton, at Old Trafford, this afternoon, I have to ask the question - Is the title ours to lose?

Yesterday, once I`d stopped chuckling, the dramatic 3-1 loss Manchester City suffered down on the south coast, at Southampton, has given us the chance to go 12 points clear if we can beat Everton.

12 points represents a huge gap at this stage of the season and with the memories of the dramatic lapse last season still fresh in our minds, are we capable of throwing it away again? I`d suggest not.

Therefore the question I need answering is -Is it really ours to lose now?

Everyone's talking of a 12 point gap as if we've already beat Everton which isn't the case. Everton are a very good side and could easily ensure the gap remains at 9 points. The players have got to keep their head down and work hard. Even if we do get the points against Everton there's still plenty of tough games to go with plenty of points to be dropped.

Spot on there Famous the twelve points are not yet in the bag. Also we still have Arsenal, Chelsea and the neighbours to play yet that gap isn't as big as it seems. Keep our eye on the ball and we should be fine but this isn't Spain no guaranteed results in the premier league
