It`s Not Over Yet!

And so the gap is now nine points between United and Manchester City.

The gap is large enough to believe that the title is ours to throw away. Fortunately, we have the experience not to take anything for granted or count our chickens before they`ve hatched.

A lot can happen in a short space of time in this wonderful game of ours and Roberto Mancini is quite right when he warns those who think we`ve already won the title, commenting,

"The title isn`t over, absolutely no way."

"I believe we can still win it because of last season, and for how we`ve played this season."

"Two games and the championship is wide open again. I don`t see why this can`t happen again this year. Last year we caught up eight points in six games, this year we still have 12 games."

"Probably now we need to win most if not all of the games, but it`s not finished and we`re confident it can happen."

But I bet he`d rather be in our position don`t you think?

It's far from over, there's still 39 points to play for, plenty of time for them to make up ground or us to distant ourselves further. Hopefully this time though the time don't buy into none of his crap, get complacent and practically hand deliver them the trophy again. Can't believe the squad took their eye off the ball last season (though I had feared they would) even worse still I can't believe Fergie let them. The end of season form last year was like Fergie was determined to ensure he won the title at the etihad which never came to fruition.

Hopefully the team has learnt its lesson from last year. If we let it slip like last year the bloody lot should be sacked. Personally think RVP will keep them on the ball he's waited a long while for some silverware so any complacency won't go down well with him. Keep a decent size gap through the next month and half though and watch the crap spouting start. Is it me or does Mancini look a little lost in interviews now that the barrage of Ballotelli questions has gone?

Dunno don't watch his interviews really. Surely the questions about balotelli have been replaced with which multi million star studded name he's looking to bring in to replace balotelli? city needed to get rid of balotelli anyway, Mancini's relationship with him was borderline too fatherly and it would've cost them dearly I reckon if he kept getting special treatment. They'll be stronger without him even if they don't get anyone in to replace him.
