Macheda Mystery Deepens!

The immediate future of Federico Macheda has proven to be a puzzling affair to predict this week.

Potential destinations have veered from the Bundesliga to the Spanish Second Division, but it finally appears that the twenty-one year old will be heading off to Stuttgart, on loan for the remainder of the season, in the Bundesliga, with the player himself remarking yesterday,

'I have followed the Bundesliga and naturally know about Stuttgart. I am glad that I can now play for the club.'

Or are we to expect another sudden twist!

Don't think there will be another twist unless he decides at the end of the season when his contract is up that he doesn't want to stay at Stuttgart. Sad to see him not fulfill his potential at the club and best of luck to him and hopefully he fulfils it elsewhere like Rossi and Forlan did before him. To succeed though he really needs to get his head out of his arse, knuckle down and work hard, hopefully the free fall from potential world class striker for one the best clubs in the world to Stuttgart (with no disrespect to Stuttgart) will be enough of a drop down to reality for him.
