Young and Zaha?

Any plans relating to Ashley Young making an early return to first team action have been rocked by the news that the wide player has been ruled out for four weeks.

Young, who picked up a knee injury is set to be out until the middle to the end of February.

However, this news could very well be the reason why United have upped the ante with regards to securing the services of the Crystal Palace wide-player Wilfried Zaha.

The latest news we are hearing is that Zaha will be having a medical, with Manchester United, inside the next forty-eight hours,

We`ll let you know if we hear anything else!

Shame about the Young news. His influence is on and off but regardless of form he gives 100%. Great news with Zaha, 10 mil up front with a further 5 mil if he makes it is a good deal considering his potential and most English youngsters come at a premium. Also good as it ensure we maintain an abundance of width even if a winger gets injured or is out of form and there's plenty of competition for the position.
