Wanyama Bid in the Offering?

With the January window set to close in about a week or so, will there be a frenzy of activity at Old Trafford?

That remains to be seen but the tabloid today infers that United are very keen to acquire Victor Wanyama.

Wanyama, a powerful twenty-one year-old midfielder who stands six feet two inches tall, is rated in the 10 million bracket.

Rumours suggest that United had the Kenyan international watched in Celtic`s recent 4-0 win over Dundee United.

Will United make a move before the deadline?

We`ll certainly report further if they do!

Certainly need a player of his type in midfield and he offers something we've been lacking since fletcher's absence. Wanyama has the mentality and attitude of a united player and if the newspapers are right 10 mil will be a coup. Makes sense seeing as his contract expires soon.
