Shot Shy?

Shot Shy?

Yesterday, down at White Hart Lane, in the inclement weather, we were the victims of something we`ve become synonymous for, the late goal.

Admittedly, we rode our luck at times, with David De Gea producing some heroic saves, albeit with an outstretched leg or two, something else was amiss.

Despite being the more livelier of the two teams in the first forty-five minutes, the record books show that during the entire ninety minutes (plus stoppage time) United mustered a mere 5 shots which is the fewest we`ve managed since the away game, a the Etihad Stadium, last season.

A sobering thought on what was an inclement day, weather-wise.
