Having reported that it looked as if the player could end up at Liverpool, matters took another turn when the player who Ole Gunnar Solksjaer has groomed, yesterday signed a four year deal with Southampton with the Hampshire side paying £4 million for his services.
That`s the end of that one then!

Never believe we were truly in for him. Never knew it was fully done. Don't understand what's going on at Southampton though, if this is an Adkins signing why did they let him signing seeing as they fired him not too long after. If its not an Adkins signing who's is it, who's in charge of transfers at the club? Why would they not let their new manager decide who they need.
