War For Zaha Hots-Up!

War For Zaha Hots-Up!

Yesterday we reported how United were seeking to bring the Crystal Palace whizz-kid, Wilfried Zaha, to Old Trafford.

Well, if the Sunday press are correct then any proposed move may need to happen quickly.

The inference being that Tottenham are looking to kick-start the race to sign the talented youngster by offering Palace £8 million for the player.

But if United supporters are looking for signals that the Palace youngster is Old Trafford bound, then take comfort from the fact that it is being reported that Zaha actually favours a move to our neck of the woods.

We`ll keep you informed as well as we can!

This lad will either be a tremendous talent or a monumental flop, I can't see there being a middle ground with him. At 8 mil it's worth the punt in my opinion as the loss is easier to write off. However, with the numerous clubs interested in him the price I can only imagine will be far greater than the papers are touting. At what price is our limit will show how highly the club rates him. I do genuinely believe there is some REAL interest on our behalf though rather than just a scout being sent to watch him.
