More Nani Gossip

With the Nani contract situation having stalled, speculation as to where his future might lie continues to generate column inches.

Now for all we know, Nani might have every intention of surprising everyone and agreeing to the contract offer that United have offered, but if he doesn`t then the name of another club has been added to the list of possible destinations.

Arsene Wenger, according to the leading tabloid in this country sees Nani as a possible replacement for his own contract rebel, Theo Walcott.

If so, it promises to be an interesting summer but the devil inside of me can`t help being cheeky and suggesting that if Arsene is to make a move on Nani he doesn`t exactly fit the profile of his usual signings, namely, young and French!

The French contingency at arsenal is disappearing to be honest, not sure what wengers tactics in the market anymore to be honest. Doubt Nani will go to arsenal though, doubt arsenal will go for Nani either. They're planets away in terms of how much they'll value Nani at and arsenal just won't pay him the wages he wants.

Will we pay him the wages he wants merlin? Doubt it to be honest. Based on current form he doesn't warrant the wages he's on currently so if anything it wouldn't surprise me if Fergie did want to get rid. The lad needs to start being consistently brilliant and prove to Fergie he's worth the money before he'll ever get given it, or at least I'd like to think so.

In all fairness he's got some consistency. Consistently ridiculous wage demands not to mention the consistent inconsistency. Really at the age where he should have come good can't use the excuse of being in Ronaldos shadow anymore.

I think the issue is MotorMad is he genuinely believes he is quality and consistently good, I mean how many times has he used his and Ronaldo's name in the same sentence? He really does believe he's of Ronaldo's quality.
