Kagawa Weeks Away Still

Kagawa Weeks Away Still

When Shinji Kagawa picked up that knee injury it was suggested that he`d be back in four weeks, namely, now!

But that hasn`t been the case and ahead of our Champions League fixture with Galatasaray, Sir Alex Ferguson gave some further information about the situation, remarking about our Japanese midfielder,

"His progress has been quite slow. He hasn`t started any outside work and he may be quite a few weeks away."

"Overall he will probably be looking at six to seven weeks since the injury. The first job is to get him back."

It certainly is, his first few games, for United, saw some encouraging signs and he can`t afford to miss too much of the season!

Shame as he's arguably our most technically gifted player and once he settles he will provide us with that penetration from midfield that we need. Personally think we'd be better off playing him wide left.
